When writing feedback, think about the impact of what you are writing and how it will be interpreted. Please see some of our examples.
Top tips:
- Be specific
- Make sure it is developmental
- Make sure the student can access your feedback and that you have clearly differentiated for the need of the learner.

Celebration boards in our staffroom...

At NOA we feel that it is important to thank staff for the hard work that goes into the planning and delivery of lessons. In our staff room we have a celebrations board so that we can celebrate the good practice that we see everyday at the Academy.

Marking and Feedback is the cheapest and most effective way for students to make progress. It is therefore high on the priority list of staff at the Academy, this celebration board looked at specific areas of marking and feedback as part of an initiative to drive forward marking and feedback and to highlight the fantastic practice that we were seeing daily at the Academy.
